but he is legally allowed to request it, and bush in fact
picked up almost 100 votes from a partial hand recount
in one republican county prior to certification.

i agree, it doesn't seem fair to recount select counties,
but the law provides for it.

so all you can do is fight it in court, and try to change the law, which they are trying to do, all the while
blaming dems for trying to change election law.
