Creating a potentiality IS creation. The explosive device analogy is a good one. Greg calls evil a potential not ACTIVELY created by God????? What does that mean? He created it passively? Accidentally? (>So it was potential until it was manifested by an apparent free will choice on the part of Satan<) If I create the potential for an explosion- that only requires someone or something to set it off, as with your OK bomber timer, than I certainly am responsible. This gets even thornier if I know everything, future, past, present- because I KNOW whether, and when, the explosion will take place. Nasty stuff.
