it is a simple fact that Gore received more votes than Bush nationwide. Irrelevant. The winner is determined by EC vote. It also appears that more voters in Florida "tried" to vote for Gore than for Bush and that various technicalities where used by the controlling Republican party in Florida to swing the results to Bush. Wrong. Bush won fair and square. Turn on CNN and watch the Repub lawyers deconstructing this phony Dem hoax with the assistance of Judge Sauls. JLA

roger...you sucked up the liberal yarn, very well....there is no evidence that I've seen yet that more voters intended to vote for Gore..in fact miami may be excruciating close for Gore or Bush if Gore insists on having that vote recounted...and everyone knows it...but to say what you say without a feel for the undervote in predominantly Bush counties...seems a stretch...altho I agree the media has latched on to it...I just don't buyit...gotta go for now..later....see ya doc

The purpose of the electoral college is the prevention of the theft of the presidency that can be orchestrated by possible voter fraud in high population areas. Why do you rob a bank. That's where all the money is. The second expert in the florida trail just had all his dimples punched out with several lies or complete errors in his sworn statement provided the Florida Supreme Court.
