Thanks for the thoughts there, LOL...it is crazy at times.

Actually yeah, it's funny that she(the Judge) had aps corrected just as the Republicans did(she's really off the case now?)...but that's not the case...I think one ruling I saw was in fact a FSC ruling. As soon as this stuff hit, TV all over was putting up these reasons why the cases would likely fail.
