Sorry, I was wrong. Both the Senate race and the Governors race were in the same column -Column I on Page One in the 1998 Palm Beach election. The Senate race was on top, and the Governor's race was below. The Witness had said that the senate race was in Column One and the Governor's race was in Column 2.

More people voted in the Governnor's race because Jeb Bush was running for Governor.

I saw that statistician. At the start of his
testimony he stated that he was getting no money
for testifying but was doing it out of interest
and that it would help his career. Poor guy...

I saw that statistician get crushed. Amazing the way the Gore team let that get under their radar with all of the time they had to prepare. That single event could crush any chances they have since their credibility is now nil with the judge.

BTW, CNN did not play that clip on the 10 o'clock news. They are unbiased....LOL
