While you are wrong in the sense that it(Gore's definitive re-count) was in fact completed by the local boards as they saw fit...yes, ballots weren't counted as per those boards decisions. However, again, and you've agreed, without counting all chadded territory in the state we still wouldn't have a fair winner. Hence, Bush's lawyers demand that now, after Cert., if more counting is to be done. Gore would stand tall if he sought it all before Bush himself had to ask for more counties during this contest, IMO. Dan B
