i received the same email from Quote.com support, about them being unable to charge my credit card.
weird things are going on here, and ever since the spaniards took over Lycos they are only getting worse.
why don't you guys sell the QCharts unit with all associated staff and developers to one of the big online brokers?

Bo, welcome to Liecos. If you think complaining will help you will be sorely disappointed. I just checked my account and it appears that not only did they bill me for sept and oct but double billed me again for those months in nov. I knew they had the cash shorts but this is a helluva way to borrow money.

a lot of us got that e-mail.

i can only hope that you got on the phone with them Friday
and got it all straightened out.
because they will cut you off.

best thing to do is call the number they gave,
use your automatic redial, and speaker phone, and stay with
it.
they're hard to reach, and can be unsympathetic.
