I think Gore's team wants to do what it wanted to earlier in this week: get past this judge into the higher court, since whatever the decision of this court will be appealed anyway. What Gore needs, and should have, right now is to have the Florida Supreme Court sanction the hand recount and the state to accept the results. Ultimately, don't you think this what the American people would want? Or do you think they'd prefer having Bush in office even though he lost the national popular vote and possibly even the electoral college vote?
