favor: FoxNews reports minor blowup in Tallhasy Court
apparently Gore's team irritated Judge Sauls at end of today (Saturday)

does anyone know of details?
much appreciated

I watched court proceedings for a couple hours
Gore's expert witnesses made weak cases, little impact
the Yale Statistician was humiliated and embarrassed

again, not a good day for Gore

JBean, have you noticed the extreme uphill for Gore in court?

the burden of proof is a VERY HIGH HURDLE as it turns out
Team Gore is getting nowhere proving "prima facia" case

I give Georgie 95% chance now of prevailing
Gore's only hope is a real red herring with Nassau Absentee case
the extreme technicality basis is real, and bothersome
my bet is political forces will lead judge to rule in favor of Bush

the Nassau judge was denied by Gov Jeb Bush a higher bench post
but she might remember he is still the governor
and a new appointment might be coming
horrible inducement, but very real carrot

/ Jim

reRambus hi 30's again
Well, I'm about to exit all options, a few shares of stock are ok I guess. If it's going back to the 30's, and you are probably right we are STILL going down and bullish sentiment is STILL too high, I can't hold it anymore.
Many of my friends now have LESS money then they had a couple of years ago, in the market. I don't want to get into that position.
