What's interesting to me is that Barry Richard is a Democrat...I didn't realize that until yesterday...apparently he has refused to say who he voted for...<g>

Boies is definitely a weasel...and a liar

Well, I'm no lawyer, but Beck impressed me in a big way...maybe he should get 1st chair over Ted Olson.

I wish we could watch it together, then. I tried to get my husband to watch it with me and he didn't want to. He doesn't mind listening to me give it to him in a nutshell, but the ins and outs make his eyes glaze over.

I'll check in during recesses tomorrow and we can compare notes.

Beck is awesome, by the way. He doesn't look all that impressive at first impression, but he's got a really good legal mind. He's much better than Barry Richards. So far he's the best. Sauls really likes him.

It doesn't help that the Democrats have such TERRIBLE witnesses. Hundreds of thousands of dollars for lawyers and they couldn't get better expert witnesses?
