One of the things that I enjoyed while listening to the lawyers present to the Supremes, was that you could tell that the lawyers from both sides were nervous as hell in that forum. I imagine that it is pretty disconcerting for anyone to have one of the Supremes cut you off in mid sentence and say "yeah, yeah, yeah, but what about THIS?".
