actually someone on RB explained it pretty good. basically as more info is known it can be added to the patent. this industry is so new regulators don't know how an idea will apply. as more info becomes known to the regulators it will become patented...guesstamits of those attending were between 65 and 70. this included the staff and shareholders spouses. i think they were expecting a lot more. it was a beautiful day so the presentation was made under an open tent. it was kinda hard to see the slides but the presentation was pretty understandable. dr f. did get a little technical about snips that went over most folks head IMO...LOL...dr. f said dnap would become a "fortune 500" company one day. the new building will be ready in 2 or 3weeks. he said they did not expect to pay jan rent for the current building. expansion will not be a problem as they have access to properties on both sides of the building. orchid's machinary was operational at the new building and was very impressive. all employees were down to earth and pleasant to talk with. this is a young company with young employees. i spoke to one of the latest arriving dr. originally from india. he came from the university of texas recently. he is renting an apartment closeby. he is a mathmatician. another new hire from india will start in feb. look for the news release on that. they are not planning a reverse merger unless they are required to by whomever. employees are paid in stock and a small salary.the SEC has made no comments thus far for the BB listing...lawyers expect to be listed in a couple of weeks. it will take some time before they are put on the nasdaq. they hope to finish their 1st project in about 6 months. they will then start on a more complicated project that will take 18 mo to 2 yrs...there is more bit i need some rest and get something to eat. i have to be to work sunday in the early morning hours. if ther is more i can remember i'll post tomorrow afternoon. thanks for your interest...

good fortune...
