It would be an interesting historical footnote if what you predict comes true (that Gore will prove to have more votes). That however does not justify Al not winning by the rules that were in place at the time of the election.

No matter how hard that is for you to swallow, that is the reality of the situation. The Florida courts and the USSC will confirm that (imo).

If Al would have conceded like a man (after the latest certification) he could use that historical oddity to his advantage in 2004. Instead he will be know as the biggest legal-nit-picking-whiner that doesn't know when to quit guy.

One of the shows has said that even his legal team has advised to pack it in, but Tipper, Joe and Joe's wife won't have it.
