WSR, As anticipated, you seem to know an awful lot. I just sent my copy of "The Creature from Jeckle Island" down to my relatives. Any crititism of British Socialism is received in a hot manner indeed. It will be passed onto the Fabians and some British merchant bankers too in all probability. The politics of the 30's is very much in discussion. The "New Deal" in particular. There is much to understand here, I know, but I would feel encouraged if things went right just for a change. My current view is that monetory scientists should be thrown in jail, and fiat money systems banned, and a gold standard (or some equivalent) put in it's place. It would be best for the normal working folks. The current market conditions say the same to me. Are the Dem's up for that? regards. pearly.
