No Ray, I haven't been asleep. Most of the market was NOT making new highs and in fact peaked in the spring of 98. Selected stocks (mostly naz stocks) were doing ok, but not even the majority of stocks on that index.

It's been a stealth bear market for at least 2.5 years. It was masked by the weighting of the indexes which finally caved in themselves when the biggies gave in.
