Glad we agree on Beck - man he was good. I didn't exactly know where he was heading at first with a few of his questions - but after seeing it, I loved how he basically
set up his prey and then slowly lured them in. Wow.

I really enjoyed Beck also. A really good attorney can set them up like sitting ducks. Beck was fun to watch. I spent much time in courtrooms over the years but in criminal courts so this was refreshing.
It's seems to me that Sanders Saul is not real pleased with Gore's boys and almost sat the one attorney down.

He is slick enough to let this entire hearing go the distance and then drop the bomb on the Gore team. Boies has really not been effective at all which surprised me. At one point Boies put his hand on the other attorney's shoulder to try and sit him down. On other occasions some of the Bush Attorneys across the room were smiling when the Gore attorney went berserk.

Gore's appeal here is dead in the water in my estimation.
