Didn't feel like it to me either. I was watching new lows expand rapidly during the day and was starting to think it may come about; had new lows moved to the 1000+ area perhaps it would have felt like capitulation. Despite the CNBC whining, 877 is a long way off from 1400+ new lows on Nasdaq. But its just one clue, price and volume will be the determining factor. I personally am hoping for a sideways rally for a week as I'll be away most of this week. If/when the lows are tested I really want to be around to eyeball things...
