I watched the whole thing today and will watch the whole thing tomorrow. I can't believe that Gore is spending hundreds of thousands on lawyers and couldn't get better expert witnesses. His witnesses were terrible. He's rested now, and I don't think he put on a prima facie case. But Bush's lawyers did not move to strike and are putting on their witnesses. Also, Gore's lawyers made the judge mad, and the judge was just short of contemptuous of Gore's witnesses. It's a bad day at Black Rock for the Democrats.
