Yes, I know...and the sad thing is he should have never ever even discussed the '98 ballot issue...totally irrelevant. He should have spent all his prep time on the 2000 optic vs punch card and focused on isolating all possible sources of error to home in on voting system differences only.

I think that the whole purpose of the Boies' team is to get through this trial ASAP. They are sure they will lose and need to leave time for the Florida Supreme court to overturn and about a day to count the 13,000 votes.
