Why are they loose witht the truth? I hesitate to answer that! I saw something about Boise and ethics charges too. It's clear someone working for Gore is either ethically challenged, or incompetent when doing research and offering presentations that would bolster his case. Dan B

Dear Frank: My thoughts EXACTLY. If I were a judge on either of the two courts involved I would be really pissed off that I was INTENTIONALLY mislead by the lead attorney in the case. I was obvious when presented with the truth that Statistian witness was REALLY UPSET with Gores team. I almost expected him to jump up and declare he was withdrawing from representing Gore as a witness!! If the evidence so far isnt satisfactory to prove the Gore team will go to ANY LENGTHS to win their case I dont know what else could. Personally, were I a judge, I would not trust anything further they might say or file with the court. JDN
