all we need to do here is give IP numbers to certificates of deposit, invent JavaBonds and maybe figure out a way to create a virus that infects cash (to scare it back into the market). I think we just elected the virus to the White House. A little infusion of Social Security dollars into the hands of Goldman Sachs ought to do the trick. --QS
