Never mind! Christian answers cleared this all up...

"Skeptics paint a picture of Noah going to countries remote from the Middle East to gather animals such as kangaroos and koalas from Australia, and kiwis from New Zealand. However, the Bible states that the animals came to Noah; he did not have to round them up (Genesis 6:20). God apparently caused the animals to come to Noah. The Bible does not state how this was done.

We also do not know what the geography of the world was like before the flood. If there was only one continent at that time, then questions of getting animals from remote regions to the ark are not relevant."

Hmmm... Rapid continental drift after the flood. I hadn't heard of that before. Very inventive.

Every kind of animal: clean, unclean, ones that crawled and ones with wings. All in a 450 x 75 x 45 foot ship. Made of wood. Uh-huh.

What about the termites?
Worms?
Toads?
Locusts?
Hummingbirds?
Aphids?
Pit vipers?

Or those 20 foot tall carnivorous birds that used to live in New Zealand, the moa?

We are to believe that animals that have very specific dietary and environmental needs were put on this relatively small ship (two by two) after arriving somehow in the Middle East. Oh yeah, and not just the ones we see today but all the animals that ever lived (like dinosaurs and giant mammals like cave bears, saber-tooths, giant sloths and mastadons). The mechanism by which the animnals arrive? A miracle!!

We are given dreadfully boring details about the construction of the ark and its size (and a ridiculous age for Noah), but not the really good stuff about how all these animals arrived. Oh, yeah. No physical evidence of any kind because the flood erased it all. And we are all related to Noah by the incestuous interbreeding of his son's kids. Cousins marrying and reproducing with cousins. Yeah, that'll work.

Now that is a theory with a lot of anomalies.
