i buy stocks trading below 50% net cash value. so i do even better now. that's not my only qualification; for example, the company must have at least 1-2yrs cash on hand based on current burn rate. that being said, at sometime during that 1-2 years the stock MUST go up at some point simply based on valuation. there are some other qualifications which i won't go into and this point.
