Is anyone else in the same boat as I am? I'm looking at paying capital gains taxes this year from selling some "winners" last spring even though my portfolio is down 40% now YTD. Looks like I'll have to dump one or two positions now to make up for it. My initial position ($132) in JDSU tops that list right now. DB

With all the gloating shorts and bear market experts around here I suspect the rebound is around the corner. Those putting on new shorts now will probably get their BVD's handed to them in spades.
