Ditch, I think its too early to climb back into techs, although there are probably some compelling plays. I am thinking that the January effect this year won't take place until January. Wow!!!! <ggg>

On new funds, I did notice new high tech offerings, including Fidelity's Networking fund. Odd considering the
money flowing out from tech in the last few months.

I'm sticking with natural gas and energy plays in my mutual fund holdings(Fidelity NG and Galaxy Utility) along with individual stocks (OEI and EPG) and playing buy and hold on small caps in promising sectors, waiting for the January effect. I can't get anyone interested in those little ones (DRS, AH) because of the lack of volume. I admit they're not volatile enough to swing trade them, but I enjoy buying small caps and waiting it out.

I am playing a little bit in the high techs, but only in the storage sector. I have a nice healthy loss in RDRT and WDC offset by a healthy gain in EMC options over the last week. RDRT and WDC are good turnaround stories, IMO and I'm willing to wait it out here too.

Lately I've been having some fun and making a little bit of money on the Pros POWs. I'll post the list this afternoon. Have a look and see if you like anything. Also, as I mentioned earlier, I'm going to take a small position in a gold stock. Wouldn't mind hearing your opinion of gold.
