I believe the Counties with such machines were responsible for replacing them. They are Democrat Counties for the most part. How could they be so slipshod? Some people think they enjoy manipulating the vote with those type returns. Maybe that's why they are all the rage in Chicago also.

I certainly hope you are hearing the words of MiamiDade canvasing boards members spoken aloud in this trial. 6 votes added for Gore after 5000 sampled from precincts that went 90% Gore. The county went 53% gore overall. Fine, count the rest, LOL. This was not news to me.
