If it wasn't so damned expensive, the best place to count the ballots would be on the table games in a large casino. Those zooming camers and expert monitors miss nothing.

There is no such unbiased group that could count ballots.

However, once again, this won't be done, but I do know how to achieve an incredibly accurate count if strict standards are used.

Many kids know how it is done. Better than Solomon, the wisest means of determining an honest result. You will not see it...but it exists.
