Tom, you are missing the point, Clinton and Gingrich have both committed adultery in the "court of public opinion" (namely, your wife or my wife or most people in the country), the point is whether or not they considered this peculiar behavior of consistently "not going all the way" religiously justifiable as "not adultery". That is why I was asking if there are experts in our midst that can clarify this. After all, Clinton was indicted, but not convicted, and thus loosely say that he committed perjury, may not be correct, as much as we all despise the itch the man has behind his zipper. So far, the court( The Senate in this case) decided that he either did not commit perjury or that if he did, that offense did not rise to the level of of "High crime and misdemeanor"
