To address the CLEC DSL line install rate, I really look to the numbers at the end of the Q1 2001. Though I am also curious to see what Q4 brings, it will be Q1 that addresses the success of leaping the hurdle over the Voice Over line issue. Two week self-installs should increase our line subscriber rate by 3x+ moving forward. Your highlights point out many factors that keep the dream alive and more imporantly seperate us from the likes of NPNT. I think it best that we hold off all speculaton until we review the CC on the 12th. The environment for this sector is changing rapidly, and the timing of the new year is a wonderful backdrop. There are new uses for broadband access coming this year, and with that the new revenue streams will open the flood gate.
