Bush's guy a hired gun from past lead paint controversial trials--

DANGER DANGER(arms flailing wildly) FULL TILT SPIN IN PROGRESS

I think the public will view Hengarten as genuine, the other guy as a hired gun.

I am the public. What I remember Hengarten saying is that he was attempting to build a reputation so he COULD get paid....looks like he better change professions.

Anyone know yet whether Texas has certified its electors yet? As of two or three days ago, Texas hadn't submitted its numbers.

I am actually holding those ballots from being certified....just to drive you crazy.

Boies threw another lowblow.... this makes number three
questionable legal moves. His question to the Bush
statistician regarding lead paint is gonna backfire
big time. The guy didnt testify about leadpaint
poisoning, he just did a mrket share opinion whether
one leadpaint supplier can be held more responsible
vs another. Boies stock is falling fast.

Boies is a viper. He is an example of why lawyers
are looked at suspiciously.(thats saying it nicely)

re: Battle of the Statisticians - with all due respect, Bush's attorney discredited Hengarten sufficiently before he even brought up his hired gun.

The mistake he made on assuming his control data (the 1998 Governer race) was on the right column, when actually it was on the left - totally destroyed his credibility and analysis.

You dems bring up a lot of points that are strictly emotional and have nothing to do with logic or law. Explain how your statement "Gore's guy doing it for free; Bush's guy a hired gun" has anything to do with whether they are right or wrong. If you don't charge, then it is ok to be wrong? You just don't get it.
