US SupCt upholding SexyHarris wont have any impact on Contest

if Gore Team can demonstrate that votes are out there
and if they can show a fair dimple criterion
then we recount on a wider basis
I dont think Sauls will rule for either

I think Judge Sauls will slam Gore Team shut
then final case will be appeal to FL SupCt

yes, the Nassau case Wedday on Absentees is scarey
I dont think she will rule in favor of Gore
Democrats Judges and Black Judges tend to rule in favor of letting votes be counted

I hope I am right
think of it... if she rules against Bush, she wont get appointed anywhere under Gov Bush in FL
if she rules for Bush, she might get appointed later by Jeb, as a reward
so will she be resentful? .. or will she throw a bone?
I say a bone, for future apptmt consideration

on tax cuts and lower interest rates

Tom, they effect the economy from opposite sides
I agree with Bush and Greeny coordinated effort though

tax cuts put money in JohnQ and JillQ Public
would pay for clothes, car payments, rent, beer

rate cuts put money into loan portfolios, margin accounts
would finance mfg expansion, R&D, purchase of stocks

I say we need both tax cuts and rate cuts
but certainly an imminent tax cut might stop rate cuts
I think we are in synch here
