Thanks! I hadn't found that page on Isonics' site.

Now that I think about it, their site is actually not very good. They have a ton of information, but it isn't centrally accessible. As far as I can see, the ONLY way to access the link you provided is by clicking on the spinning molecule on the front page. For some odd reason, the 28Si links in other parts of the site link to a subarticle called "High Thermal Conductivity Silicon" (and doesn't include the extra menu-bar that the molecule-link provides).

Again, thanks for digging that up!
