Scumbria, the only reason is that I keep reading here about Clinton having perjured himself while stating he did not have sex with that woman, and his assertion that "what is "is"", namely, what he had was not sex, the reason Gingrinch has come into the picture is that he had an extra marital affair involving only oral sex, "so that if inquisitored", he could always say he did not commit adultery, thus the question of what is a sexual relationship and under which "standards" (dimples count or not) DO we decide he perjured himself.
