MAJOR PROBLEM OF THE NEW OTC MARKET--
i think one of the big things we will notice in this
new sec filing times of the s.e.c is the amount of companies that live off there own company via there stock..(s-8)before we use to hint about companies dumping shares and being pos,now via the s-8 and there other filings we are seeing that this is not just a thought...
plus in bad times the mm's are also able to see the same filings and use this to there advantage...
now comes the real decisions,do you change your focus to the pinks and play what i dont know wont kill me or just simply try to make enough money during times that the mm's decide to run the market and truly stay away the rest...

this is what i personally will find out in the next 6 months...

Tom - Yep, NEIK and TSIH intrigue me too although they're not on my buy list. I generally agree with your "real company" criteria. As far as ADGI is concerned, I don't see how they could ever make any real EPS with that float and that business plan - but I also personally question the legitimacy of their reported numbers. Just call it IMO.

I've used SFAD, BIKO, ADVR and ADGI as penny-stock frenzy indicators for years. There are a few others like that, like TMMI and TNRG, but those are the Big 4, IMO <g>. -Eric
