Frivolous. That case dealt with tampered ballots. Here the applications are alleged to have been tampered. The ballots are quite clear evidence of the voters' intent (unlike the cited case) and no one has alleged the ballots themselves have been tampered with. The votes will stand. No Court will disenfranchise 15,000 voters over such a technicality.
