At this point given the facts as they are unfolding with all the irregularities from both sides, maybe that is not such a bad idea??? That way no one could say whomever they put into office stole the office...

The judge could do one other thing. He can rule that all ballots without chads completely removed should not be counted. He can base that on the fact there are instructions printed on the voting machines. Those instructions say to check for the punch holes and to remove all chips of paper from the ballots.
