Dear Yaacov: Well, in case you dont know, the Leon County Judge in the Gore contest action has said he will rule THIS MORNING. I am not sure what the market will do. A case could be made that no matter how he rules market will move up just because an unknown is removed. Or a case could be made that if he rules in Gores favor for recount that market will go down (from what I have observed it appears the market prefers Bush). In any event I believe for sure if he rules for the Bush team the market will certainly go up. So, we are still left for Monday morning opening (provided the judge hasnt ruled by 9:30am) with an uncertainty. We all know how the market hates uncertainty. JDN
