Dave,

Is it your understanding that an All or None order needs to be posted or not?

I can't speak with great authority on this subject, but logic suggests that posting such an order would subject it to violation of the All or None attribute. You can't post the order and then refuse to execute for someone willing to match the price, but only wants part of what you are bidding or offering. The only thing that can be done is to try to find a counter party willing to match the full size of the order, which might very well mean waiting until there is a counter order on one of the exchanges to hit. I would assume your broker would send the order marked All or None to one of the exchanges for handling, but I can't see how it could be posted.
