Thanks Ike,

one of the reasons I like it is, the NAZ is not going to move a hell of a lot without it and it's appreciation should initially be quick, maybe back up to 40 or so, almost all houses and Major funds will turn to it almost like a CD. Don't get me wrong, not talking about explosion but simply looking at it's multiple compared to most and general movement with Naz. This is at least up to Jan.
