American....you may be right about Texas...but if you've trained in NYC, as I have...you are looking at an absolute public health disaster...from years and years of medicaid money thrown at big city hospital bureaucracies...all health care rendered by overworked residents...I was one of them...terrible mental health programs and virtually no psychiatric help outside of temporary stays in Bellevue Psychiatric...and as I also trained in Texas (fellowship-Houston)...I can assure you things weren't much better there for the poor, except for one thing.....the vast numbers in NYC dwarf any other place....REALLY...so you just go on and trash Texas.....you say the right things, but your partisanship blinds you to the worse healthcare in the nation...right in good old DEMOCRATIC NYC....go figure doc
