Having been born and grown up in Rhode Island, I don't see what you are jaw boning about. boortz.com clearly shows me that the electoral college allow the ballots of less dense areas that are far less likely to be cheatable to be heard. It may also turn out in most states that more voters lived in counties that went for President Elect Bush but the state was carried by Sore because of large urban area.
