The facts are the voters did not participate in any alleged fraud and the voter's intention is clear.

The cases do not allege any voter fraud. That isn't what the application cases are about.

Again, if the rejected applications were corrected - against Florida law - they should have remain rejected.

I'm sorry, but I just do not agree that these cases are frivolous. They address a very serious matter of tampering that is specifically prohibited by Florida law.

That is exactly why Gore will not officially touch that case. It falls opposite his proposed reasoning for this whole debacle.
