poor Boies, tough case to present, Freudian slip
the memory of elder President Bush is lodged in back of brain
I actually like this Boies guy
he is perhaps pompous, perhaps exagerates
what I admire about him here is that he gave up well
he deferred and yielded several times
when he could have perpetuated unending arguments
he also gave Bush two really flimsy expert witnesses

this should be over soon
the Nassau County Absentee case looms large
