Plaintiff has rested. They called as a rebuttal witness that poor statistician from yesterday, to rebut Marais' testimony today. Poor guy was not a happy camper. On cross, Beck got him to say that multiplying the numbers from Miami-Dade's aborted manual recount times the number of counties left was not a valid way to project the number of votes Gore would get from a complete recount. I have no idea what he was there for, but he made Bush's side much stronger. You need to think about satellite TV. I don't know what I am going to do for fun when this is all over.
