Agreed the charts are not to healty. However neither the DOW or SP have breached their respective 200MA, unlike the NAS. Perhaps once the do, then we may have the big killer down day that everyone seems to be looking for.

I have seen charts showing that an SP correction to 600's would be entirely possible and just restore it to its historical trend line. Is it going to happen? Who knows.

I think however it can be safe to assume that the days of momo daytrading are dead for the near term. The real challenge that awaits us all is to see how we each fair dealing with the dreaded trading ranges.
