The sooner the suit gets over the better off everybody will be. Both ACLA and CALP will move higher just because the uncertainty has been lifted. It sounds to me like CALP won some points, but ACLA got the "W". Like you, I'm looking forward to some commentary from our resident legal expert.

I'm happy regardless of who wins the suit, holding a modest position in CALP, and holding a very large position in one of ACLA's partners.

I think you're doing a very fine job with your trickle portfolio, with respect to both the contents of your portfolio and your cautious approach to committing funds.

Don't know what it means, but at least in a utopian sense it looks like the judge did a good job if he has allowed for competition. Mr. Market doesn't seem to know what to make of it either.
