Poet: I do have an agenda, of course. It really has nothing to do with this porch or that porch. It is based purely on the amazement I feel at people lionizing bonnuss as if her behavior was something to be admired or supported, after years of observing her on Yahoo and seeing exactly the same routines acted out here on SI. I'll just say this again: it is those who befriend her and offer her the most help and support who ultimately find themselves the objects of her greatest scorn and hatred, even to the extent of threats of legal action. Voltaire is a perfect example of this. Bonnuss came to SI from Yahoo specifically to cultivate Voltaire. He is the single individual who drew her here, unknowingly, unwittingly. Many people on Yahoo know that for a fact. And they bet brownies between themselves on how long it would take for her to turn on him...because they have seen it all before, time and time again. And now we have witnessed the result. It is not the people who moved from this porch who are to blame. The outcome was in the cards the instant she arrived on the scene. My "agenda" here is solely to point that out. Voltaire and the two porches per se are purely incidental. It could have been anyone, any other board. Bonnuss has played out the same drama ad nauseum elsewhere. There are always a few well-intentioned people she bumps into who take up her cause without knowing her history, only to sincerely rue it in the end. One or two of them have already posted here in the past, only to be scorned, ridiculed, and laughed at for their trouble. But they were telling the simple truth.
