The AMEX traded warrants trade, as usual in lots of 100 shares. 100 EUN warrants represent USD 5000 as underlying.

Commission is simply the usual value a broker charges for an Equity, or warrant transaction ($10 for a well known discount broker).

The OTC options which are separately contracted between dealers are usually big in size.

In Europe, there are series of quite standardized OTC warrants in several currencies available, with quarterly expirations $100 contract size and strikes staggered by .25cents. UBS and Citibank Frankfurt do much of this business.
