I believe that if dimples, pimples, and scratches are ignored as they should be, and that ALL undervotes in ALL 67 counties are counted, that Bush will still come out the winner. When that "sunshine law" gets enacted, it must be applied equally for all counties in Florida.

What will happen is most people will assume the ballots have been tampered with, or subjectively looked at in a way which would favor Gore. Of course the radical left leaning mainstream press will lap it up for a few days, and make a big brooha about it, but that's about it.
