Oh heck, let's go for 100% accuracy nationwide and get every vote counted by machine twice, and handcounted at least 3 or 4 times, subject to court hearings, contests and appeals. Let's do as Al Gore wants!!!! Every vote counted, every intention understood! So, instead of the next Presidential election being held in Nov, 2004, it should be held when? Nov, 2002?? All the votes should be counted and recounted and recounted and been through various court proceedings by the time the next President takes office in Jan, 2005.
